Personal Training sessions are available for one to one/duo/trio. Sessions are personally tailored for each client, considering personal goals and individual needs. Sessions include Cardio, Strength, Mobility, Pilates, Theraputic Yoga, Posture, Breathwork and Life/Wellness Coaching. Sahir uses her knowlegde of Personal Training, Pilates and Pelvic Floor to create bespoke sessions for her clients.
Sessions incorporate various equipment such as Weights, TRX, Cardio machines and various small equipment. Sessions are always changing and progressing to continue to further her clients on their fitness journey’s.
