Is a bespoke womens only Pilates Studio and Personal Training Gym situated in East Cardiff, Wales. Sahir is the name and face behind SAE and the studio is her pride and joy. Sahir offers one to one/duo/trio sessions in Pilates, Personal Training Pelvic Floor Coaching, Pulse Pilates is also Sahir’s signature training method. Taking elements from all aspects of her training Sahir delivers sessions that will improve your strength, stamina, stretch, stability cardio fitness levels, lifestyle, overall health and wellness. Coaching on Health, Peri/Menopause, Endometriosis and Workplace Wellness Workshops is also available at SAE Pilates and Fitness. Sahir is passionate about health and wellness for women of all ages but paticularly women in midlife. Women’s health is often treated as a taboo issue, Sahir is a passionate women’s health advocate and believes in equality and equity in health. Every woman deserves to feel comfortable and confident with movement and in her body.
